27.5kV box stations (sub-stations, AT-stations, switchboards) are important facilities and equipment for traction power supply systems

The 27.5kV mobile high voltage room is suitable for the overhaul of power supply and substation facilities such as traction substations and openings on existing operating lines.

The 27.5kV pre-installed column-mounted switchgear is a traction power supply device that arranges high-voltage electrical equipment on an integral steel frame and integrates integrated automation, power supply, auxiliary monitoring and other measurement and control protection systems.

27.5kV box-type disconnecting switch station is a kind of contact network disconnecting switch suitable for the harsh environmental conditions area; the disconnecting switch body, operating mechanism and measuring and control equipment are integrated in the outdoor type metal-enclosed box.

The 27.5kV disconnect switch is a high-voltage electrical equipment used to realize the electrical supply and isolation function of traction power supply equipment and lines.

The 10kV/27.5kV load switch (cabinet) is a high-voltage switchgear used for protection and isolation of small-current faults in transformers used at 10kV or 27.5kV.

The 27.5kV intelligent circuit breaker (cabinet) is used for power distribution and electrical circuit breaking in traction substations, subdivision stations and opening and closing stations, and is indoor type equipment; the built-in circuit breaker adopts air insulation and vacuum interrupting working mode, which is suitable for high current and high frequency breaking application scenarios.

The 27.5kV permanent magnetic circuit breaker is used to close and open the rated current and fault short circuit current of the traction power supply system, and is an outdoor type device that can be installed in traction substations, subdivision stations, opening and closing stations, AT stations, switching stations and along railway lines.

Harmonic overvoltage in the traction network of electrified railways can easily lead to the failure of locomotives and related power supply equipment, and in serious cases will lead to the breakdown of insulation of locomotive high-voltage equipment and the stopping of trains in transit.

Monitoring, measuring and control links are established between the traction power supply dispatching center and the contact network disconnect switches through automation control technology, communication technology and remote control technology to realize the monitoring, control and management functions of the dispatching center on the contact network disconnect switches.

Box-type substation intelligent monitoring device (power RTU) is used to solve the problem of centralized monitoring of multiple circuits in power distribution rooms, ring network cabinets and opening and closing stations, etc.
